Front parts are normally joined by soldering the brow, bridge, and armor sections together, but overturning that convention, we created it as a one-piece pressed part with no soldering, using advanced die-making to add a delicate arabesque pattern. This solder-free, one-piece pressed part results in a frame that achieves perfect optical properties. Its design feature pairs a one-piece pressed front with an acetate brow, using different colors for the front metal and brow to produce a sense of depth and dimension! Ptolemy Fortyeight's horn frames use the most beautiful and precious "White Horn" among horns, finished with color coating and urethane resin coating through Japanese artisan craftsmanship to create a translucent, gorgeous color. Anti-deterioration treatment is applied, so it can be washed with water and enjoyed for many years to come.
