   We comply with all laws, government guidelines, and other standards applicable to the protection of personal information, and endeavor to protect the personal information in our possession.

   We clearly define the purposes for which personal information is used and, within the scope necessary to achieve those purposes, acquire, use, and provide personal information by fair and appropriate means, taking into account the nature and scale of our business.

   We do not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes, and we take measures to prevent its use for any other purpose.

3. Management of Personal Information

   We endeavor to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information in our possession and store it securely under strict controls. Should an incident occur, we will promptly take corrective action.

4. Outsourcing the Processing of Personal Information

   When outsourcing the processing of personal information, we require the contractor by agreement to prevent leakage and use beyond the stated purpose, and we exercise strict supervision and guidance.

5. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use

   When an individual requests the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information in our possession, or submits an inquiry, complaint, or request for consultation, we will respond appropriately.

Handling of Customers’ Personal Information

1. Purposes of Use

   We use personal information that identifies customers—including names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and email addresses—as well as information about transactions with the Company, for the following purposes:

   1. To ship products, send catalogs and direct mail, provide related after-sales service, and share information about new products and services offered by the Company and its group companies.
   2. To provide information concerning mail-order operations, stores and events, surveys, and other useful lifestyle information.
   3. To send catalogs, direct mail, samples, and similar materials from companies that we consider appropriate.
   4. To conduct credit, collection, and receivables management relating to transactions with the Company.
2. Acquisition of Personal Information

   We acquire customers’ personal information through lawful, fair, and appropriate means.

   We may entrust personal information to service providers that have entered into confidentiality agreements concerning personal information, but only within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes disclosed to customers.

5. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion
   1. At the request of a customer or an authorized representative, we will disclose the customer’s personal information in our possession.
   2. We may be unable to disclose information if doing so could harm the rights or interests of the customer or a third party, seriously interfere with our operations, or violate another law or regulation.
   3. If disclosed personal information is inaccurate, we will promptly correct or delete it.
   4. Official identification may be required to verify the identity of the person making the request.
6. Suspension of Use or Provision

   When a customer requests that we stop using or providing their personal information, we will verify the identity of the requester and promptly suspend such use or provision. Personal information that is essential to our operations, however, cannot be deleted.

      This website may collect cookie information that identifies a customer’s computer in order to provide a more convenient browsing experience. Cookies can be disabled through browser settings, but doing so may prevent some parts of the website from functioning fully.

   2. SSL

      SSL encrypts information during transmission to prevent interception or alteration. Pages on this website that transmit personal information use SSL-encrypted communication.
