Each pair is a unique, handcrafted item made by Japanese artisans, using the most beautiful "white horn," which is only available in very limited quantities, for the temples. The artisans color-coated the precious "white horn," then applied seven coats of urethane resin-based coating to create a brilliant, transparent hue. The triple-barrel hinge provides an incredibly soft and comfortable fit. Buffalo horn has an extremely low specific gravity, making it very lightweight, and the natural material is exceptionally gentle on the skin, making it an ideal choice for those with allergic or sensitive skin. The front, aptly named "Knight's Honor," was created using the "block construction method," developed by Japanese artisans who boast the world's highest level of craftsmanship. The block construction method involves inserting three cut cello pieces into a mold and pressing them together with a hydraulic press. This method requires extreme precision for both the mold and the acetate parts, making it a frame completed with true Japanese craftsmanship. Limited to 50 pieces worldwide! (with serial number).
