Vintage Celluloid VC-059-SB

A simple, deep square-shaped celluloid frame crafted by Japanese artisans. Ptolemy48's celluloid is slowly dried and hardened, resulting in a material with just the right amount of flexibility, minimal deformation, and a deep, unique luster created by meticulous polishing from skilled artisans. By inserting titanium metal parts between the frame and the lenses, we successfully expressed the brand's unique elegance. The combination of the front celluloid, gold titanium rims, and titanium nose pads creates a playful design with a touch of appropriate gorgeousness, where the edges of the lenses subtly sparkle. The titanium endpiece is treated with "Onyx Black" and equipped with a brooch function, resolving the risk of lens insertion, which was a drawback of inner metal rim frames, making this an optically superior masterpiece.
