We use full vegetable-tanned leather from Tochigi Leather, renowned for producing some of the finest leather in Japan.
Tanned without harsh chemicals, the leather is slowly treated with tannins derived from mimosa and carefully worked by hand, one hide at a time. This time-honored process requires exceptional skill, patience, and an uncompromising dedication to quality.
The result is leather of remarkable strength and character—one that develops a richer luster and a distinctive patina with every use. Rather than simply aging, it becomes uniquely yours over time.

The interior is lined with soft pig suede, carefully selected to protect the lenses and frames from scratches and wear. Its smooth, supple texture provides gentle protection while adding a refined sense of luxury every time the case is opened.
The distinctive gusseted construction is also finished in pig suede and handcrafted by skilled Japanese artisans. Thoughtfully engineered to keep the eyewear securely in place, it minimizes lateral movement while gently cradling the frame.
