In the hands of factory artisans with high technical skill, a combination frame can evolve from a nostalgic look into a modern design. The shape is Boston, and by giving the front acetate parts a front-to-back stepped cut, the design lets the pale-tone acetate from the Italian company Mazzucchelli stand out through a slim frame. The temples are slim, one-piece pressed beta titanium with densely engraved patterns, finished with cloisonné enamel ornaments, and the combination with a metal frame engraved at the top of the bridge creates a distinctive visual.
