This metal frame requires a level of precision that only Japanese craftsmen can achieve, as it involves three-dimensionally processing 2.5mm sheet titanium into a Boston-Panto shape and overlaying it with ultra-thin 0.6mm β-titanium sheets.
By replacing the usual plastic inner rim with metal, a new and unique look has been created. The use of different colors for the outer front frame and the inner β-titanium sheet creates a more profound front design. Mist plating is used for the inner plating. The temples feature intricate arabesque patterns, meticulously detailed by expert engravers. Furthermore, to maximize the elasticity of β-titanium through precise calculations, "Pillar Temples" with slits were adopted, achieving an ideal balance of strength and flexibility. This creates an exceptional fit.
