The concept is "Boost eye impact by surrounding the front outline with the sparkle of glitter!" A frame design in which a very thin band of glitter set into the outer edge of the frame creates a mature, effortlessly stylish look. We commissioned the Italian company Mazzucchelli to make a glitter-infused outer rim for a standard acetate frame, then fit each piece in one by one and laminated them together with the skill of Japanese artisans to create an original front. Using different fabric colors produces a sense of dimension. This kind of delicate lamination technique can truly be called the cutting edge of Japanese eyewear artisan skill.
