Mass-producing this design in titanium required the extremely difficult techniques of mold craftsmen. It was a continuous struggle of setbacks and challenges, but it was made possible by the advanced skills and challenging spirit of eyewear craftsmen. The front was born from titanium sheets pressed 50 times using a mold completed by the combined techniques of Japanese mold craftsmen. This unprecedented integrated pressed part, with its streamlined, smooth, beautiful curves and three-dimensional surfaces, could only be created from pressed parts. With meticulous calculations by eyewear craftsmen, the temple features two slits to maximize the elasticity of β-titanium, resulting in a wave temple that achieves an ideal balance of strength and varying thickness. This wave temple creates an unprecedented lightness and wearing comfort. This frame is a culmination of Japanese master craftsmanship.
